Resilience is a psychological feature that contributes towards the prevention of the damaging effects of stress and compassion fatigue, often described as the ‘cost of caring’. As busy women, we owe it to ourselves to make this a life priority. After all, you can’t take care of others if you’re not taking care of yourself. Join Elizabeth Murphy and Emma Sullivan for an afternoon of self-care planning.

• How to develop a personal wellness plan
• Practical, evidence-based ideas for cultivating resilient thinking and emotional health
• Living in alignment with your cycle and using essential oils to nurture better self-awareness and care
