Workplace wellness programs and HR systems can strengthen workplace relationships, decrease work-related stress, assist employers meet the requirements of the Work Health & Safety Act and ultimately, increase productivity.
Training and coaching programs can improve self-awareness, work skills, relationships and overall mental wellbeing. We can work with you to identify your needs and build a tailored program. Programs are available for individuals, work teams and community organisations.
Mental health first aid (MHFA) is the help provided to another person developing a mental health problem, experiencing a worsening of a mental health problem or in a mental health crisis. Our workshops are available to all community members, workplaces and industry associations.
