We knew there had to be a better way, and since 2016, we have been leading people and practices there.

Mindpod was founded by industry-leading HR advisor, facilitator and counsellor, Rosie Overfield, to help organisations create cultures where people feel supported, valued, and able to do their best work - without sacrificing their health or sense of self.
