Rosie delivers practical communication training for clinical teams that strengthens how conversations are handled in the consultation room, at reception and on the telephone. Suitable for all members of the practice, these training programs can include supporting veterinary professionals to navigate difficult discussions, make confident recommendations, build the value of the veterinary team and services, deliver bad news, and conduct end-of-life and euthanasia conversations.

All training sessions are tailored to individual practices, and are grounded in real clinical scenarios. Learning outcomes are designed to reduce misunderstandings and complaints, strengthen client relationships, and support veterinary professionals to feel more competent and confident.

Rosie also works one-on-one with veterinarians, in the consultation room, to build their communication skills in real time, with real clients. This can be a powerful and safe way for graduate and seasoned veterinarians to learn, grow and excel.

DISC and Motivators psychometric profiling provides practical insight into how people communicate, make decisions, and what drives them at work. Used thoughtfully, these tools support stronger leadership, clearer communication, and more effective teamwork by increasing self-awareness and reducing misunderstanding.

Rosie uses profiling as a development and communication aid (not a labelling exercise!), helping individuals and teams work more effectively together while respecting different styles, strengths, and motivations.

Profiles can be completed by individuals in combination with powerful professional coaching - or - as a full team training session.
